Thai fried rice

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 100 grams (Protein)
- 1 egg
- 3 steamed rice
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons white soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 10 grams onion
- 1 tomatoes
- pepper
Directions
- Put vegetable oil into the pan, followed by minced garlic and egg after that put protein, stir fry until the protein is cooked.
- Add steamed rice and season with soy sauce, white soy sauce, black soy sauce. Stir until the ingredients are mixed together with the rice.
- Add the follow-up vegetables, onions, tomatoes, stir again, let the vegetables cooked. Finished, scoop it on a serving dish, garnish with ground pepper.
Pad Thai is definitely one of my favorite dishes ever! I am always so intimidated by the thought of cooking it myself, but it actually looks fairly easy! Do you have any recipes or tips for cooking tofu with it? I don’t eat meat so this is usually the meat substitute I use! Or I will just get it with veggies like carrots and broccoli! Thanks for this recipe – I am going to try to make it soon for sure!

Do you like fried tofu?
Usually, to put tofu in Pad Thai Should be fried tofu first. so that the tofu doesn’t break or become messy. In the event that you don’t like fried tofu, you can put steam tofu. but you have to put it in the final step after it’s done with all ingredient.
Adding mix vegetables is considered a good thing. In order to make the vegetables easily cooked, you should steam them first
